1、Are the socks machine washable?
Yes. Turn them inside out and wash them with cool or warm water. Tumble dry on low. Wash inside out to prevent pilling. Do not use bleach.
Shipping & Return
1、How long will it take to get my socks?
Orders typically take 3-7 business days depending on different locations. Learn more on our Shipping page.

2、Can I amend my order or address after I have placed it?
Regrettably it is difficult to change your order or the shipping address once it has been placed. We aim to ship all orders as fast as possible so our warehouse is processing them within 15 minutes of receiving them.If a change is necessary please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
3、What is the return and exchange policy?
Customer satisfaction guaranteed. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving them in original, unworn merchandise condition, unaltered packaging. The customer must pay for the return shipping. After we receive and check your package, the refund request will be processed and an email will be sent to you as soon as possible. Afterwards, the refund will be initiated and paid back to your original payment method. Exchange is currently not available, however, you can use this return process and re-order a new one instead.
